We realize that this is not a “favorite topic” for anyone, but we feel that it must be addressed.   Our commitment is to serve all of our patients' needs with regards to scheduling appointments.   The demands that this commitment places on our time and our resources dictates that our policy with regards to cancelled appointments is as follows:

• We require 24 hours notice for any cancelled appointment. 
• If appointments are cancelled without 24 hours notice, your ability to schedule future appointments will be compromised.

 We realize that emergencies occur, so please call us and we will accommodate you as best we can.
